By accessing or using our website, submitting an enquiry or proposal request, engaging our services, or otherwise interacting with Impact IQ Consulting, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms, and agree to comply with them. If you do not agree, you should not use our website or services.

Impact IQ Consulting provides management consulting, strategy, analytics, business optimisation, and other professional advisory services. The scope of services, deliverables, timelines, and fees will be outlined in a separate engagement letter, proposal, or statement of work agreed between Impact IQ Consulting and the client. Deliverables may include reports, strategy documents, analytics outputs, workshops, presentations, or other agreed work products.

Fees and charges will be specified in your engagement letter or proposal. All fees are quoted in Australian Dollars and may include GST where applicable. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, invoices are payable within 14 days of issue. We may suspend or terminate services if payment is overdue. Approved expenses such as travel or third-party costs may be charged at cost with prior notice.

Impact IQ Consulting retains ownership of any pre-existing intellectual property used in delivering services. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, clients receive a limited, non-exclusive licence to use deliverables for internal business purposes. Our materials must not be reproduced, distributed, or used commercially outside the scope of your engagement without written permission.

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information obtained during an engagement. Confidential information may only be used for the purpose of performing the services and must not be disclosed to third parties without consent. This obligation continues after the engagement ends.

Our collection, use, and disclosure of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using our website and services, you consent to how we handle your personal information as described in that policy.

Nothing in these Terms excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Impact IQ Consulting excludes liability for indirect or consequential loss. Our total liability for any claim relating to our services is limited to the fees paid for those services in the 12 months prior to the event giving rise to the claim.

Engagements may be cancelled or rescheduled according to the terms set out in your engagement agreement. We may suspend or terminate services if these Terms are breached, fees remain unpaid, or the working relationship is compromised.

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of NSW courts.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms take effect from the date they are posted on our website. Continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of any updates.
